Return & Refund Policy

At MaxedFitness, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns work:

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before the item has been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our standard return process.

Final Sale Items
Certain products are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or cancellation. Please check the product page before purchasing, as final sale items cannot be returned once the order is placed.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, follow the instructions provided to send your item back. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, minus the applicable restocking fee and return shipping costs.
